Assoc. Prof. Stachová graduated from MTF STU with a seat in Trnava, where she received also a PhD title. At Comenius University in Bratislava, in study program of management, she obtained a scientific-pedagogic title Assoc. prof. at VŠEMvs in Bratislava, acted as a director of Management, Economics and Management Institute of the faculty VŠEMvs, as well as a member of the Quality Board. Her pedagogic, scientific-research (international projects: CRANET, HPDCEEUS, MIGP, and national projects: APVV, VEGA, IGP) and publishing activities, are actively focused on issues such as human resources management, organization's culture, and intercultural management in the context of Industry 4.0. She is author and co-author of more than 70 publications from which 25 are indexed in internationally recognized scientific databases: CC, SCOPUS (h-index 6), WoS. She is a member of several international conferences and journals scientific boards. She is founder of the Career center JOBS4U. Her social activities out of the academic sphere are focused on the animals protection. Since 2006 she monthly produces a TV program BEZBÚDOVCI, focused on helping the dogs without a home.
