GENDER EQUALITY POLICY OBJECTIVES

  1. Creating an ethical and equitable environment at the university, based on respect for fundamental rights and the needs of each individual studying / working at the university, as well as respect for diversity.
  2. Identification and elimination of any form of discrimination in all activities of the University in accordance with internationally recognized standards.
  3. Promoting the creative potential and ambitions of both educated and scientifically educated women and men, regardless of differences based on any discriminatory ground, by avoiding a waste of their talents, and by increasing their motivation and loyalty.
  4. Using all the university's human resources provided by both sexes in an effort to increase the potential for quality and excellent research and education.
