THE PRESS AGENCY OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC (TASR) WILL PROVIDE SPACE FOR THE CREATIVE POTENTIAL OF FMK UCM STUDENTS

According to FMK Dean UCM, it is important to translate the formulated points into specific activities, because the implementation of the agreement in practice indicates the importance of the agreement.

Students of our faculty will have the opportunity to gain professional experience in the Press Agency of the Slovak Republic (TASR). This is confirmed by the Memorandum of Cooperation signed by General Director of TASR Vladimír Puchala and Dean of FMK UCM Ľudmila Čábyová.

"The contract will allow students to intern at the agency, opening up an opportunity for scholarships and for the best TASR contract." Part of the agreement is cooperation in the creation of bachelor's, master's theses, but also the possibility of teaching experts from the TASR at the faculty.” said TASR CEO.

He emphasized that cooperation is another concrete result of a long-term and systematically developed TASR project for each school. “The goal is, among other things, to build trust in public service among students. I think that a scholarship of 2000 euros is interesting for students and will bring us cooperation with talented future journalists,” Puchala said.
