The Embassy of Japan in the SR announces a tender for two MIRAI rounds, which is a short-term program for young people, university students from Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus who study politics, security policy, economics, international relations, Asian studies, or Japanese in other related fields through JICE / EFIL.

The name of the program "MIRAI - 未来" can be translated as "the future". The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan hopes that the program will foster mutual understanding, participants' intellectual discussions and help build strong contacts between future leaders, both Japan and many countries in the world.

Candidates from the Slovak Republic can apply directly through the e-link below to participate in groups 3 and 5. Subsequently, after submitting an electronic application, the selected applicants will have to personally attend the selection procedure at the Embassy of Japan in the Slovak Republic (Hlavné námestie 2, Bratislava).

Group 3 (Theme: Economics and Business) 10 - 19 December 2019 (deadline: October 15, 2019)

Group 5 (Theme: Science and Technology) March 3-11, 2020 (deadline: January 20, 2020)
