PRACTICE AT FACULTY OF NATURAL SCIENCES OF UNIVERSITY OF SS. CYRIL AND METHODIUS IN TRNAVA FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS.

From 10 June to 14 June 2019, a laboratory practice in microbiology for students of the 3rd year of the High School of Agriculture and Services in the Countryside was held at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of UCM in Špačince. Students have had acquired knowledge and also had practical demonstrations concerning the preparation and sterilization of nutrient media, the inoculation of microorganisms, the acquisition of pure microorganism cultures, the implementation of basic biochemical tests and microscopy.
