On 13 November 2019 (Wednesday) under the guarantee of the Rector of UCM in Trnava prof. Ing. Roman Boča, DrSc. was held the CHARITATIVE COLLECTION UCM Wants to Help.

The aim was to help people who need help and hand over items - clothing, shoes, blankets, etc., that are found in every home and we no longer need them.

Contribution to the collection was possible in two places (building UCM, J. Herda and building UCM, Bučianska). Within four hours, 59 sacks were collected, including not only clothing, but also footwear, toys, blankets, children's books, detergents, etc.; which to be handed over to civic associations working with clients at risk, social service homes, family help centers, shelters and emergency housing facilities.

The event was prepared and organized by the Public Relations Department of UCM in cooperation with doc. Oľga Bočáková and students from Faculty of Social Sciences of our university.
