I wish you good health and a lot of success in your future scientific and educational work. I am delighted to see the blooming cooperation between our universities not only in the field of scientific research and high quality education but also on the human level of friendly relations, mutual openess and multicultural understanding.

The role of academic and scientific institutions such as ours is to deal rationally with any given crisis such as the current one and to ensure that the seriousness of health protection measures does not develop into alarmism.
