Congratulations of the Rector of the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava for the completion of studies

Dear graduates,
together with my colleagues - teachers and all other employees, I would like to congratulate you from the bottom of my heart on the successful completion of your studies.

One stage of your life is over, perhaps one of the most beautiful you will remember for a long time, and you are entering the next stage. You face challenges and deciding which direction to take. Maybe this is one of the most important decisions that will probably have a significant impact on your life.
Your Alma Mater, University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava, I believe, gave you a good and solid foundation on which you can build your further studies or work successes in practice. In addition to theory, we have tried to provide you with a view of the world in all contexts and laws, and to strengthen your willpower and perseverance to achieve the set goal. University teachers and everyone involved in your studies have tried to build on the values instilled in you by teachers in previous levels of education, to deepen and consolidate categories such as empathy, tolerance, wisdom and correctness.
Educated people are a prerequisite for the development and prosperity of society and are the driving force of development, progress and the economy. Education is a complex process that accompanies a person throughout life. Today's success does not end your education. The present demands that one watch what is happening around him and know how to react appropriately. And ... only wise people can also react wisely and act wisely.
We are looking forward to your results, your success, which you have certainly made happy for yourself and your loved ones. Please do not forget to thank especially your parents and loved ones, who created a good background and conditions for your study. They deserve it.

Dear graduates,
with your efforts and will, you have overcome a difficult milestone, which has brought benefits not only to yourself but also to our society, and last but not least, you are making a good name for our university as well.
We wish you a lot of success together, in this difficult, pandemic-marked time, good health and most importantly - the right decisions.
The future is yours and it only depends on you how you deal with it. It will certainly place high demands on you, but you have all the prerequisites to face the obstacles that have arisen, to pursue your goals and achieve them.

Gaudeamus igitur
Iuvenes dum sumus.
Vivat academia,
Vivant professores,
Vivat membrum quod libet,
Vivant membra quae libet;
Semper sint in flore.

Yours sincerely
Prof. Roman Boča
