Dear students!
Are you creative and do you care about the environment of our planet?
Participate in a student competition to create and implement a project aimed at solving environmental problems and raising awareness of the environmental protection at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava.

Competition projects should meet three main criteria:

• Ecological originality - which makes the project unique and interesting for building the so-called green university,
• Ecological intention - how the project can affect the improvement in the UCM environment in Trnava, e.g. energy saving, minimization of water consumption, support of ecological transport for students and staff, reduction of waste production, reduction of food waste, minimization of carbon footprint of textile production (minimalist wardrobe), ecological dormitory housing, ...
• Ecological budget - project finances should be outweighed by the benefits (advantages) of project implementation.

The Ecological idea competition can be entered by the individuals and entire teams (study groups) of full-time or external students of UCM in Trnava

Call notice: October 4th 2021
Submission of project plans: by June 1st 2022
Evaluation of proposals: June 30th 2022 (evaluation committee)

The winning design of the ecological project will be rewarded with an amount of up to EUR 2,000. In case the evaluation committee selects several quality project proposals, the financial premium will be divided among the individual applicants (competitors).
