We announce to students who are accommodated at SD UCM at J. Herdu Square nr. 2, that in accordance with the decision of the UCM management and with the measures taken by the Government of the Slovak Republic, students accommodated at the UCM Student Dormitory can leave their accommodation in an organized way, with the prior notification to the boss of the dormitory Mrs. Krahulcová to e-mail address: sona.krahulcovajohn(zav.)doeucm.sk.

The e-mail must include information when they want to collect and collect personal belongings from the dormitory, must be sent at least 48 hours in advance for security measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) at UCM and the presence of more people in one place. The entrance to the building will be co-ordinated by the head of the dormitory of UCM and the janitor. A safe distance of at least 2 meters must be maintained at the entrance to the SD UCM building and all students will be measured for temperature.

Before picking up your personal belongings, you need to send a copy of your accommodation statements, keys and ID in an envelope, plastic bag, etc., and hand over to the head of the boss of the dormitory, or throw in the box at the door of the office of boss of the dormitory. Entry to the building is only allowed with a protective mask and gloves. Visits to student dormitory are permanently prohibited.

Refund of accommodation fees

Fees paid between March 15 and April 30, 2020 when students did not use SD UCM accommodation services will be returned to the student's last payment account number.
