
Atteliér magazine asked: How do our students perceive red flags?

From February 6 to 10, 2025 members of the Department of Russian Studies of the Faculty of Arts of the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava - Mgr. Andrea Spišiaková, PhD., Assoc. PhDr. Lukáš Gajarský, PhD. and prof. PhDr. Josef Dohnal, CSc. (also Masaryk University Brno), took part in a working trip to Seoul. The main objective of the visit was to disseminate the results of the Erasmus+ project No. 2021-1-SK01-KA220-HED-000022917 entitled The Innovation of the Concept and Curriculum of Doctoral Study Programs and Increasing Their Effectiveness
Within the framework of the programme, working meetings with representatives of the Department of Russian Language and Literature of Korea University were held on 6 and 7 February. They discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the field of language education and joint research projects. The Korean partners showed great interest in the application of innovative approaches in doctoral studies, especially in the development of hard and soft skills of future researchers.
An important point of the programme was a colloquium for PhD students and Master's students of the Korean department, where the main outputs of the project, the use of digital tools in the educational process and the development of key competences of PhD students were presented.
The working visit provided valuable suggestions for future international cooperation and allowed to identify several areas of common interest, especially in the field of undergraduate language education, intercultural communication and digital innovations in pedagogy.
