Active college and university students from Trnava once again have the opportunity to apply for the Campus Development Program. The program offers six male or female scholars to work with mentors, practical workshops with top lecturers, meetings with inspiring guests and hosts, the opportunity to implement their ideas or free accommodation for a year.
Who is the programme for?
You don't have to be a super-talent or have excellent grades. We don't look at grades on Campus. More important is the desire to develop and the willingness to be part of an active team. Being prepared to handle the increased workload that the programme presents alongside your studies is also key. The activities of the programme will take you several dozen hours per month.
The campus is the right choice for you if:
- You are studying at one of the universities in Trnava,
- you feel that you would like to do something with yourself, but you don't know where to start,
- you often wonder how to do things better or easier,
- you have interesting ideas, but you lack the support to turn them into reality,
- you are interested in the world around you and the state of society is not indifferent to you.
What will you experience in the programme?
- We will connect you with a mentor or a mentee at the Campus according to your preferences. You can work on projects together, talk about professional or personal issues, or get a behind-the-scenes look at a position or industry that is interesting to you in the future.
- Education at the Campus focuses on skills you won't learn in school. Workshops are set up to help you as much as possible in getting your own idea off the ground - whether by providing the necessary know-how to implement a project (design thinking) or by developing important soft skills (communication skills, conflict resolution...).
- Throughout the year, the campers work on their own project that brings a solution to a problem or benefits the local community. You can choose whether you want to implement your own idea or rather develop a tailor-made solution according to the partners' brief.
- If you want to develop yourself professionally and would like to gain relevant experience for your CV, we can arrange a paid internship with one of our friendly organisations. You can gain experience in areas such as public policy, finance, human resources, law or communications.

Timetable

- Interviews with selected male and female candidates will be conducted online during the month of June.
- A decision on acceptance into the program will be received by the end of July.
- For successful candidates, the programme will commence from September 2025.
