UCM presented the results of the internationalisation audit and the action plan for development

On 12 March 2025, the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava hosted a public presentation of the results of the Internationalisation Audit and the presentation of the UCM Action Plan in the form of an information seminar led by the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Assoc. PhDr. Andrea Čajková, PhD., together with the Quality Manager for Internationalization Ing. Igor Fixek and the team of the Department of International Relations (OMV UCM).
During the seminar, the key results of the UCM internationalisation audit were presented, which provided a detailed insight into the current state of the University's international activities. At the same time, concrete steps resulting from the Internationalisation Action Plan, aimed at strengthening international cooperation, increasing mobility and supporting international students, were presented.
The whole meeting was conducted in the form of a detailed presentation, which clearly outlined the future direction of UCM in the field of internationalisation. The seminar was held both in-person and online, with representatives of faculty and university management, the Academic Senate, the Rector's and Bursar's Offices, students and all those concerned with internationalisation at UCM attending in person.
Representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic, members of the panel of experts, as well as other experts involved in the development of internationalisation of higher education joined the discussion via an online connection.
Thanks to the systematic approach of the university management and the active work of the Department of International Relations, internationalisation remains one of the main priorities of UCM.
