UCM signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic
The agreement on mutual cooperation creates space for the development of joint activities in education, research and popularization of professional fields.
The partnership focuses in particular on the development of expertise in the field of radiation, chemical and biological protection, joint research, the organisation of scientific events and the exchange of professional materials and knowledge. The cooperation will also include the involvement of experts in consultation and assessment activities for students' final and qualification theses.
An important aspect of the agreement is also the promotion of the link between studies and practice. UCM students will thus gain new opportunities for contact with the professional environment, access to up-to-date knowledge and opportunities to participate in projects with real social impact.
The cooperation will be implemented through specific implementing agreements between the individual components of the University and the organisational units of the Ministry. The Parties will also designate focal points to coordinate joint activities and regularly evaluate their contribution.
