1) If you are completing the online application form on a computer that is accessible to other people, please take extra care to protect your personal data (depending on your browser settings, e.g. login names, passwords and the contents of form fields may be stored on disk). Data in the University's information system is adequately secured and the SSL security protocol is used during data transmission. Therefore, when you log in to the e-enrolment site, you will be notified by the browser that you are accessing a secure network and MUST agree to the certification notice offered by clicking the YES/YES button. For example, in Mozilla Firefox, when informed that the connection is untrusted, click on the "I understand the potential risks" link; in Internet Explorer, when informed that there is a problem with the website's security certificate, continue by clicking on the "Continue using this website (not recommended)" link.
2) Register with the system. This will provide you with a login name (matching your birth number - use the numeric keypad to avoid problems when entering it) and a password which you can use to re-access the electronic application records in the information system. You can choose your password - it must be at least 6 characters long, case-sensitive and should contain a number or non-alphanumeric character in addition to the letters. Keep your login name and password confidential. When entering your details on the online application form, please take care to enter your e-mail address correctly. You will need it for any further communication with University staff or if you forget your password.
3) Fill in all the details of the application form. In case you are unable to fill in any of the details even if you have received help for the relevant field, please refer to the instructions for filling in the application form or contact the study department of the relevant faculty by phone or e-mail (their phone numbers are also published on the university website). You can return to the application form and modify the details. Remember to save the application form after each change.
4) Click on the "View" button to prepare the final application form.
5) Read the statements on both sides of the application form.
6) Attach the required documents to the application form according to the admission requirements published on the UCM and the respective faculty's website.
7) If you fill in the entire application form correctly, press the CONFIRM button. ATTENTION!!! A confirmed application form cannot be modified.
Manuals on how to work with the online application can be found on the UCM website: https://e-prihlaska.ucm.sk/ais/eprihlas/manuals/EN/ePrihlas_I.pdf
