Erasmus mobility students - traineeship guide

Types of Erasmus mobility:

  • Long term: Mobility Study (SMS) and Mobility Traineeship (SMT) - min. 2 months
  • Short-term mobility 5 - 30 days

Eligible Participants:

Full-time or part-time students at UCM from the 1st year of Bachelor's degree or recent graduates who have been selected for mobility during their final year of study.

Application form, selection procedure

  • Every Erasmus mobility participant must go through a transparent selection procedure. The selection procedures for students are organised by the faculties, which also set the criteria.
  • The call for applications is usually published on the faculties' websites - students apply there.

Online Language Support (OLS)

  • Each selected student must take the Language Proficiency Test (OLS). The test is compulsory before departure for the placement. The OLS testing is coordinated by the Office of International Relations (OIR).
  • Currently, an initial assessment in the mobility language is mandatory for students with a mobility period of 14 days or more - for both study and placement mobilities.
  • The result does not serve to influence the selection procedure.
