Pre-mobility traineeship procedure
A traineeship is a period spent by a student in a company or other organisation in an Erasmus+ eligible country. The aim of the traineeship is to help individuals adapt to the requirements of the labour market, acquire vocational/practical skills and better understand the economic and social conditions of the host country, in synergy with the acquisition of work experience and language skills. The internship is open to both full-time and part-time students.
Some UCM faculties offer students the opportunity to participate in internships at their contracted partner institutions. Students from faculties that do not offer this possibility can find the host organisation themselves, e.g. on the website: https://erasmusintern.org/ or they can use their own contacts or those of their teachers.
Internship administration:
- The participant contacts the host organisation and concludes a Learning Agreement for Traineeship. The student's job description must correspond to the field of study.
- You will be contacted by the OVV for binding confirmation of your participation in the mobility and to report the language of study
- You will then be registered for the Online Language Support (OLS) test
- You will provide the OVV officer with the Learning Agreement for Traineeship, proof of insurance and, if applicable, an acceptance letter.
- You will deliver the required documents to the OVV, she will issue the grant agreement and arrange for it to be signed on behalf of UCM.
