She is the head of the Quality Department.

Quality Department

The department monitors compliance of educational, research and related activities with SAAVŠ standards and UCM regulations. It coordinates the evaluation of study programmes, habilitation and inauguration procedures and the internal quality system, guides quality bodies and prepares evaluation and annual reports.

It develops the quality strategy and culture, gathers and evaluates feedback, monitors university rankings and supports the Internal Quality Assessment Board. It prepares regulations, methodological materials and information for SAAVŠ and the ministry, records decisions and proposes quality improvements.

It also coordinates gender equality, equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion policies, including the UCM Gender Equality Plan.
