He is the head of the Operations and Investment Department.
Operations and Investment Department
The department provides university transport, records and cost control, vehicle servicing, energy management and telecommunications. It manages properties and leases, maintenance, repairs, building security, cleaning and land records.
It prepares materials for the university’s strategic and infrastructure development. It arranges investment construction, reconstruction and modernisation, technical supervision, supplier coordination, statistical reporting, final evaluation and commissioning of buildings.
It plans public procurement, prepares tender documents and evaluates bids. It handles objections, procurement reports and procurement audits.
