Monthly informal integration meetings supporting cultural exchange, language practice and community building at UCM.

Monthly newsletter providing information on grants, mobility opportunities, career options and updates for researchers and staff. Online archive available (SK/EN).

EURAXESS Coffee Drop-in

Informal consultation sessions without prior appointment – open space for questions and practical support.
Session dates are always announced in advance. Participation can be confirmed via euraxess@ucm.sk or by contacting the staff of the International Relations Office (IRO) directly.

EURAXESS Bridge UCM

Coordination meetings with university leadership, faculty coordinators and partners aimed at aligning institutional support for researchers at UCM and further developing EURAXESS services.
The meetings are held twice a year and are intended for relevant target groups within the university.

🌍 Integration & Networking

City Tour of Trnava

Discovering the city and supporting the integration of international colleagues.
The activity has long been organised for UCM’s international students and, as part of expanding support for the wider international community, is now also open to international researchers and staff in cooperation with EURAXESS.

Welcome Dinner

An informal gathering to welcome newly arrived international staff and researchers.
The event builds on UCM’s established integration activities for international students and gradually extends its target group to include researchers and academic staff within the framework of EURAXESS support.

Thematic end-of-year community gathering.

International networking event promoting mobility, exchange of good practice and internationalisation.

Cooperation between EURAXESS UCM and Connect TT providing expert support in legal, visa and practical matters for international researchers and staff, with the aim of facilitating their arrival, administrative procedures and integration in Slovakia.
