The seventh edition of the Evening University will be dedicated to our health

The invitation was accepted by psychologist Dominika Doktorová, physiotherapist Ondrej Machovič, and expert in the physiology of physical activity, sports nutrition, and regeneration Milan Sedliak.

What does it actually mean to be healthy today? It is not just about exercise and diet, but also about how we feel, how we manage stress and how we take care of our body and mind. The discussion "How to be healthy in the 21st century" will bring together experts from various fields who will offer simple and practical insights into how to take care of ourselves in everyday life.

The aim of the regular UCM discussion format is to present current social topics through attractive discussions with external guests and experts from the academic environment. This discussion will take place on Tuesday, December 2 at 6:00 PM in the premises of Malý Berlín at Štefániková 4 in Trnava. Admission is free for all visitors. The discussion will be followed by a reception with refreshments.
