The UCM Doctoral Academy honored doctoral students and young researchers for the year 2025

The Council of the UCM Doctoral Academy awarded financial prizes to doctoral students and young researchers whose results confirm the growing quality of science, research, and artistic creation at our university. A total of €7,200 in financial prizes was distributed.
The chairwoman of the council, Vice-Rector for Science and Research Prof. Ildikó Matušíková, emphasized that young researchers are one of the key forces behind the development of UCM. According to her, the awards represent not only gratitude, but also motivation to continue with bold ideas, innovative projects, and work that has a real social impact.
Who impressed the most with their results?
A secret ballot by the council decided to award prizes of €300, €600, and €1,000. The awards recognized excellence in scientific and publishing activities, organizational and professional activities, artistic creation, popularization of science, and raising the university's profile.
