Meet our ombudswoman for students with special needs

This role is performed by Mgr. Helena Boškajová. Any student with specific needs can contact her if they feel that their rights have been violated.

These are complaints where rights have been threatened by the actions, decisions, or inaction of university bodies or employees. The ombudswoman also accepts complaints and suggestions for improving the study conditions of students with specific needs and communicates them to the relevant responsible persons at the university.

The Ombudsman's Office contributes to the creation of a fair, respectful, and inclusive environment at the university. It helps to resolve situations that cannot be resolved through standard procedures, mediates communication between students, teachers, and university staff, and seeks acceptable solutions to conflicts that arise.

The Ombudsman for Students with Special Needs operates at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava as a support body that protects the rights and interests of students with special needs. You can contact the Ombudsman exclusively by email, on the basis of which the student can arrange a personal meeting.

The Ombudsman for Students with Specific Needs is a member of the university's management team and is responsible for ensuring that the university's activities are in line with the principles of equal opportunities.
