Action Plan for the Implementation of the Principles of the European Charter for Researchers
The Action Plan of the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava for the implementation of the principles of the European Charter for Researchers provides a strategic framework through which the university systematically upholds the principles of quality, transparency, and ethics in the research environment.
This document follows the adoption of the European Charter for Researchers and is part of the process leading to the acquisition of the HR Excellence in Research Award, granted by the European Commission. The Action Plan is based on a thorough analysis of the current state of affairs and identifies specific measures that UCM is gradually implementing to improve working conditions, professional development, and the overall quality of the research environment.
Its ambition is to strengthen the university’s position as a modern, open, and internationally competitive institution that creates favorable conditions for science, research, internationalization, and innovation, while supporting its researchers at every stage of their careers.
