During mobility

• If the mobility participant finds upon arrival at the host university that he/she needs to change the subjects in the Learning Agreement, he/she will do so via the Changes to the Learning Agreement section.
• Extension of mobility is only possible by mutual written agreement between the student, the sending and the receiving institution. The student must apply for an extension of mobility at least one month before the mobility is due to end.
• The extension must follow immediately after the regular mobility period. The study stay must not be interrupted (holidays and university breaks are not considered as interruptions).
• The student is not automatically financially entitled to the extended mobility.
