Pre-mobility study procedure

The student has the opportunity to undertake part of his/her undergraduate studies at a partner university abroad, replacing a comparable period of study at a home institution of higher education. Upon completion of the study stay abroad, the student will receive a written record of the completion of the studies, together with a transcript of the results achieved in the studies.

  • Important: you need to keep an eye on the website of the university you are planning to go to for the mobility application form (Application Form) - nowadays it is mostly online and there is a deadline for submission.
  • With the help of the departmental/faculty coordinator, you will select your courses from the catalogue of the receiving university. Courses should correspond as closely as possible to those at the home university
  • You will enter your courses in the Online Learning Agreement (OLA - available via the Erasmus App or website https://learning-agreement.eu/
  • Minimum number of credits: 15, for PhD students it is possible to complete the mobility without credits
OLA is signed by a Responsible Person - make sure you have the right contact!

The follow-up process before the actual travel and the conclusion of the grant agreement is handled by the Office of International Relations (OIR)

  • OMV will contact you for a binding confirmation of your participation in the mobility

  • Registration is required for the Online Language Support (OLS) online language assessment on this web. For more information on the OLS, please contact OMV.

  • You will deliver the required documents to the OMV officer, she will issue the grant agreement and arrange for its signature on behalf of UCM
