The Quality Department mainly carries out the following agenda:
- monitors and evaluates the compliance of educational processes, creative activities and other related activities at UCM with the SAAVŠ standards and regulations in force at UCM;
- monitors and evaluates the maintenance and development of the quality of educational and creative activities and other related activities at UCM;
- directs and controls the activities of the quality structures at UCM (persons responsible for quality, departments and quality staff at UCM units);
- prepares the documents for the UCM Annual Quality Report, the UCM Annual Report and the internal evaluation report on the implementation of the UCM QQS;
- develops, updates and monitors the implementation of the UCM Quality Development Strategy and Concept;
- maintains and develops the quality culture at UCM;
- coordinates the periodic evaluation of SP, OHIK, VSK at UCM;
- monitors and evaluates the position of UCM in ratings and rankings, especially focusing on quality;
- coordinates, monitors and guides the evaluation of quality at UCM and its components;
- coordinates and ensures the activities of the RVHK (timetable of activities, material, technical, personnel and administrative support for the activities and results of the RVHK);
- participates in the development of internal regulations, methodological materials, guidelines and procedures for quality assurance and quality development at UCM;
- from the factual point of view, it ensures the functionality and up-to-dateness of the UCM QQS(http://www.vsk.ucm.sk);
- monitors legislation in the field of quality;
- prepares documents for SAAVŠ and MŠVVaŠ in the field of quality;
- registers decisions of SAAVŠ and the Rector of UCM in the field of quality;
- organizes university-wide activities in the field of quality assurance and development of UCM;
- summarises, evaluates and submits to the Rector proposals for measures for quality assurance and quality development at UCM;
- performs other related tasks and activities.
