Our student Dominika Lenghartová achieved significant sporting success in dance

She represented her alma mater at the prestigious international competition World DanceSport Federation (WDSF) Rising Stars in Latin American dances, which took place in the sports hall in Trnava on May 17, 2026.

Dominika and her dance partner from Italy performed excellently during the competition, thanks to which they won 1st place and won against strong international competition.

The WDSF Rising Stars competition is one of the most important events organized by the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF). The Rising Stars category is intended for talented and promising dance couples whose performances confirm the high level of sport dance.

We heartily congratulate Dominika on this extraordinary success and wish her many more sporting and academic successes while representing the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava.
