This year, let's help children who won't be home for Christmas together.
For the fifth time, we have the opportunity to participate in a beautiful Christmas activity that can make the holidays more joyful for children from the Center for Children and Families in Trnava (CDR).
UCM, in cooperation with CDR, is organizing a charity collection of gifts for children who do not have the opportunity to spend Christmas with their own family. Not all children are lucky enough to spend Christmas with their family. But you can also send them a piece of love - it can be a small thing that will bring children joy and a feeling that someone is thinking of them. Just tear off a wish from the Christmas tree of wishes.
How can you get involved?
Choose an ornament - in the lobby on Herda you will find a Christmas tree decorated with children's wishes. Each ornament contains the child's name and a dream gift.
Buy a gift - choose and buy a gift according to what the child wishes.
Hand over a gift - bring the purchased and wrapped gift, together with the ornament, to the concierge in the building on Nám. J. Herda. There they will make sure that it reaches those for whom it is intended.
The collection will run from Monday, November 24th to Monday, December 8th.
Help us brighten the eyes of children who need it most. Christmas is a time of love, closeness and togetherness, and together we can make this world a little better place. Every single gift means more than just an object - it is a symbol of hope, joy and support for a child in need.
