Our philosophy is simple – lessons and quotes from books are useless if you can't apply them in real life. That's why you will work on specific projects of real companies and organizations during your studies. At lectures, you will meet experts from practice who will bring you their own experiences.

We will teach you how to effectively manage tourism businesses, how to develop interesting projects and also how to navigate the key aspects of entrepreneurship. Studying at the Institute of Management also offers a unique opportunity to develop your own ideas and projects.

You will learn how to turn them from an idea into real life, test their feasibility and evaluate their potential in practice. You will thus gain concrete experience in implementing projects that can be not only successful, but also innovative and sustainable within the dynamic tourism industry. This way, you can acquire skills that will help you start and successfully run your own business.

If you dream of your own restaurant, hotel business or other businesses in the tourism sector, during your studies you will also gain valuable experience in the field of gastronomy and hotel services. You will master corporate finance, economics and accounting, so you do not have to worry that these complex topics will cause you problems in practice.

As part of the Erasmus+ program, you can go on study trips abroad, where in addition to education you will also get to know new cultures and make new contacts. You will also gain practical experience during a 120-hour bachelor's internship in various tourism institutions and organizations of your choice. This will provide you with a unique opportunity to broaden your horizons and apply the knowledge gained in tourism and hotel conditions.
