prof. Dr. Ognen Spasovski, PhD.

Profesor Ognen Spasovski sa zaoberá najmä všeobecnou a evolučnou psychológiou, pozitívnou psychológiou, well-beingom a duševným zdravím. Doktorát získal na Filozofickej fakulte Univerzity sv. Cyrila a Metoda v Skopje. Absolvoval ročný postdoktorandský výskumný pobyt na Pensylvánskej univerzite v USA ako štipendista Fulbrightovho grantu. Na bakalárskom a magisterskom štúdiu vyučuje Všeobecnú psychológiu, Evolučnú psychológiu, Pozitívnu psychológiu a Psychohygienu a duševné zdravie. Je tiež školiteľom doktorandov. Je autorom vedeckých monografií, učebníc a článkov v karentovaných časopisoch s vysokým impaktom indexovaných v databáze Clarivate (Web of Science). Bol tiež plenárnym prednášateľom a prezentátorom na mnohých medzinárodných konferenciách a vedeckých podujatiach. V posledných rokoch je členom niekoľkých veľkých medzinárodných sietí výskumníkov - ktoré vznikli po „kríze spoľahlivosti v psychológii“ - zapojených do rozsiahleho výskumu venovaného overovaniu dôležitých poznatkov a koncepcií v psychológii. Aktívne sa podieľa na mnohých medzinárodných projektoch zameraných na budovanie kultúry inkluzívnosti a psychologického well-beingu v školách, ktorých cieľom je zlepšiť duševné zdravie a akademické výsledky detí a dospievajúcich, pričom je sám autorom či spoluautorom viacerých programov zameraných na inkluzívnosť a duševné zdravie v základných a stredných školách.
